Selling Your Property Explained

Once you agree to selling your property, we will run due diligence on the land.

(This process checks for backtaxes, liens, encumbrances, proper legal access and chain of title.)

If anything affects the offer, we’ll discuss it with you clearly.

Next, once we’ve agreed on a price, we will go ahead and get started on preparing the purchase agreement & deed.

After that, you’ll sign and notarize the deed.(online, locally, or via mobile notary) and email us a legible copy.

Once we receive the copy of the signed and notarized deed, we will issue payment in the method of your choice.
